ABOUT
Chromatic Frequencies is an independently-owned design studio based in Oakland, California. Our aim is to craft beautiful visualizations of musical concepts that serve to both educate and inspire. Combining informative descriptions with the ethereal medium of fluid art, our print designs strive to create a captivating aesthetic that celebrates and teaches about the language of music. Whether you are an educator, a student, a musician, or simply a lover of music, we hope you will enjoy and find inspiration from our designs.
PRINTS
All poster prints are made in the USA and printed on thick durable matte paper. Industry leading archival Giclée inks are used to achieve the most vivid and high-definition images possible. Posters are rolled into a robust tube to prevent damage during shipment and will need to be uncurled and flattened once delivered. We recommend placing the poster on a hard flat surface (such as a smooth tabletop), and placing heavy books on either end for ~24 hours. Alternatively and for quicker results, carefully roll the poster the opposite way with the design on the inside and use tape to hold it in place for ~1 hour.
SHIPPING
Shipping is free within the U.S. and items will arrive in 4-7 business days. Outside the U.S., shipping costs vary based on location and are calculated at checkout. Orders requiring international shipping will arrive within 5-20 business days. Please contact us if the estimated arrival time has passed and you have not yet received your order.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please first get in touch with us. All returns must be sent back to our business address no later than 14 days after receiving the order. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were originally shipped in. If an item is returned later than the 14 day period, damaged, or in poor condition, the customer may be ineligible for a full refund.
